RETURN POLICY
HOW DO I RETURN A GRINDSHINE PRODUCT?
DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS DURING SHIPPING/EXCHANGES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. PLEASE INFORM US, AND WE WILL QUICKLY PROVIDE A RETURN ADDRESS AND A REPLACEMENT.
RETURN PROCESS:
- ALWAYS EMAIL US TO GET OUR LATEST RETURNS INFORMATION WITH THE SUBJECT LINE “RETURNS”.
- SEND THE ITEM BACK TO US WITH THE COURIER OF YOUR CHOICE. TRACKED SHIPPING IS ADVISED.
- FILL IN THE RETURN SLIP OR ADD A NOTE IN YOUR PARCEL WITH THE ORDER NUMBER AND EXCHANGE DETAILS.
- OUR RETURNS POLICY LASTS FOR 14 DAYS; THIS STARTS FROM WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES AT YOUR ADDRESS.

IF AN ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR A SIZE TOO SMALL OR LARGE, EXCHANGES ARE COMPLETELY AVAILABLE.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU ENCLOSE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WITH YOUR RETURN:
- YOU MUST PRINT AND COMPLETE AN EXCHANGE FORM, FOUND AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE, AND ENCLOSE IT WITH YOUR ORDER.
- ALL EXCHANGES WITHIN THE UK MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING DATE.
- ALL INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 21 DAYS FROM THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING DATE.
GRINDSHINE DOES NOT MASS PRODUCE OUR PIECES; EACH STYLE IS LIMITED, SO IF YOUR CHOICE OF EXCHANGE IS UNAVAILABLE, YOU WILL BE ISSUED A FULL REFUND.

OUR PIECES ARE HANDMADE WITH CARE AND INDIVIDUALLY INSPECTED BEFORE BEING SHIPPED TO ENSURE THE HIGHEST QUALITY GARMENTS ARE SENT TO YOU. IN THE UNLIKELY INSTANCE THAT YOUR PRODUCT IS FAULTY, YOU HAVE 14 DAYS FROM WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES AT YOUR ADDRESS TO RETURN YOUR GOODS. UPON THE RETURN, WE WILL ASSESS THE FAULT.
GRINDSHINE HOLDS A NO-WARRANTY POLICY.
OUR GARMENTS WILL NORMALLY EXPERIENCE "WEAR AND TEAR" OVER TIME, MAINLY DUE TO THE MATERIAL THEY’RE MADE FROM.
ANY ITEM RETURNED THAT HAS BEEN DAMAGED, MARKED, WORN, OR WASHED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
ALL ITEMS TO BE EXCHANGED MUST BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION THEY WERE SENT: UNWORN, UNUSED, UNLAUNDERED, AND WITH SWING TAGS SECURE.
WE DO NOT COVER ANY RETURN SHIPPING COSTS. THE RETURN COST SHALL BE INCURRED AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE. IN CASE OF ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE, PLEASE ENSURE YOUR RETURN PACKAGE IS BOTH PREPAID AND INSURED.
ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR EXCHANGE, YOUR RETURN WILL BE PROCESSED. YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL ONCE YOUR EXCHANGE HAS BEEN RE-SHIPPED TO YOU.
IF FOR ANY REASON YOUR ORDER IS UNSATISFACTORY, YOU MAY RETURN IT TO US FOR A FULL REFUND, STORE CREDIT, OR AN EXCHANGE.
AFTER RECEIVING YOUR RETURN AND INSPECTING THE CONDITION OF YOUR ITEM, WE WILL PROCESS YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST 3 DAYS FROM THE RECEIPT OF YOUR ITEM TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. REFUNDS MAY TAKE 1-2 BILLING CYCLES TO APPEAR ON YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT, DEPENDING ON YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY. WE WILL NOTIFY YOU BY EMAIL WHEN YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN PROCESSED.
